Regular professional maintenance carried out by our qualified service engineers including all lubricants and consumables are also part of this, as are guaranteed fix reaction times in case of an emergency.

 

During the term of the contract customers participating in the Ersa Service Programs will obtain a discount of up to 15 percent on all spare and wear parts. Spare part order will be sent out by express shipment without any surcharge. A bonus system is an additional incentive. Our service technicians are available 24/7 via the Ersa service hotline.
